All products manufactured or sold, and it's subsidiaries are custom made to order. There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS. Any changes to product orders must be made prior to order confirmation. We have established a reputation for providing great products at great prices. Diligent effort is made prior to manufacture of the product to ensure accuracy and maintain complete customer satisfaction with the product. MAKE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER!

Warranty Information

Our Warranty:
Our Decals carry a 5-year from the manufacurer guarantee. This covers peeling, cracking, delaminating, and fading. All sales are final, with the exception of warranty problems, which we will happily replace with identically ordered product within the 2 year warranty period.This excludes any vandalization however. We do not issue any cash refunds.

Limitations of Warranty:
We will only warranty decals that have been determined to come from a defective lot of material. All other adhesion or installation related problems are assumed to be the fault of improper conditions or other installer related error. We will not take back half-installed decals, so please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.

All Custom Orders will not have any Refund possibility except for defects in the materials.

As most of the stickers we supply are custom, (color, size, font, etc...), we have to be somewhat strict on our return policy.

Privacy Policy:

We do not sell, rent or trade any personally identifiable information you provide when using the vinylwerkz Website, which is located at www.vinylwerkz.com .

We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you (such as your name or email address) when you use the Website unless you specifically ask to be included while in the, placing an order, where the option is available.

If you choose to provide us with an email address, we will not send an email to you unless you specifically request an email response to a customer service inquiry or contact is required in order to protect someone's safety or to enforce our Terms of Service. You are not required to provide an email address to use our Website.

When you visit our Website, we do not place any small text files -- called "cookies" -- on your computer.

If our Website is ever sold and all of the assets relating to the Website are transferred to another entity, we will transfer the information you have provided, if you have, to the acquiring entity in order to ensure continuity of your service.
